Autumn Equinox is an intimate Ketamine Therapy Group program in Brooklyn designed to support emotional renewal and balance during the season of harvest.

This group is for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, mind-body disconnection, and longstanding emotional patterns that haven’t fully shifted through traditional therapy.

Through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, guided art therapy, music, somatic practices, and group integration sessions, you’ll have structured support to explore what lies beneath the surface and bring new insights into your everyday life.

No artistic experience is needed.

Art Therapist Juanita Viera, LCAT offers Ketamine Therapy Group in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Juanita is a Nuyorican Licensed Creative Arts Therapist specializing in trauma, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration. Since 2020, she has facilitated more than 200 ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions and eight therapeutic ketamine groups. As a Puerto Rican New Yorker, artist, and therapist, Juanita brings a culturally responsive approach to psychedelic work that honors each person’s identity, lived experience, and relationship to community. She integrates creative expression, somatic practices, and relational support to help clients move beyond entrenched patterns and reconnect with their emotions, intuition, and capacity for change.

Alyssa Gurksky

Co- Facilitator, Researcher and Founder of Psychedelic Art Therapy

Alyssa is a queer artist, psychedelic art therapist, and researcher whose work centers creativity, intuition, and community-based healing. They are especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and experience community as a meaningful mental health resource. Their research has focused on psychedelic group therapy, including MDMA-assisted group therapy for transgender adults. Alyssa is also a fiber and mixed-media collage artist who brings a deeply creative perspective to the therapeutic process.

What’s included in our KetamineTherapy Group in Brooklyn:

• Free consult & Individual therapy intake

• One virtual group preparation session

• Three in-person ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions (3 hour journeys)

• Two virtual integration sessions

• Art materials and guided creative exercises

• Live sound meditation by licensed music therapist and custom ambient playlists

• Clinical support throughout the program

• Collaboration with your current therapist, when applicable

Program Cost

The therapy program fee is $1,750.

A $500 deposit reserves your place.

The remaining balance is paid in two installments of $625, due before Sessions One and Three.

Participation also requires a separate medical evaluation and ketamine prescription through our medical partner, Journey Clinical.

Separate medical costs:

  • Approximately $112 for first-time patients using insurance (plus any applicable copays or deductibles)

  • Or Approximately $250 for an initial medical consultation without insurance

  • Approximately $168 for a ketamine prescription medication covering all three group dosing sessions

Medical fees are paid directly to the prescribing provider and are not included in our program fee.

Total estimated investment: $1,862–$2,168 depending on insurance coverage for the medical portion.
