More about Liz.
Liz is especially drawn to working with adults (18+) navigating trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. Her approach incorporates person-centered and trauma-informed care, grounded in the belief that creativity can help people access emotions, discover new perspectives, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may be difficult to reach through words alone.
In sessions, Liz helps clients increase self-awareness and develop healthy coping tools to empower a sense of agency in their lives. Art experience is never required; clients may choose whether and how they would like to incorporate creative practices into therapy.
Liz offers individual sessions in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid format and is accepting new clients.
