Local Ketamine Therapy Retreat in Brooklyn: Spring 2026
Join us for Sacred Spring KAP Group
You’ve done meaningful work in therapy — and you’re ready to go deeper.
Sacred Spring is a small, intimate Brooklyn-based group experience designed to support renewal, balance, and emotional healing during the season of emergence. Through guided ketamine journeys, art therapy, somatic practices, and sound therapy, we create a container where insight, imagination, and nervous system repair can unfold in co-created community.
This is a space to gently reprocess trauma, reconnect with play and creativity, and remember parts of yourself that may have gone quiet — all held with care, intention, and group ritual.
Give yourself the gift of healing that goes beyond words.

FAQ's:
WHAT IS THE COST?
The Sacred Spring Group Ketamine Therapy Program is offered at $1,750. A $500 deposit reserves your spot, with two additional payments of $625 due at the time of each week of group. Participation also requires a separate medical evaluation and ketamine prescription through our medical provider, with estimated costs of $112 for first-time patients using insurance (plus any applicable copays or deductibles), $250 for an initial consultation without insurance, and $168 for the ketamine prescription covering three sessions. Medical fees are paid directly to the medical provider and are not included in our program fee.
IS KETAMINE RIGHT FOR ME?
Ketamine is a safe and legal psychedelic being used as an innovative treatment for depression, C-PTSD, anxiety, OCD and some forms of addiction. Research indicates that 50-70% of patients prescribed ketamine for depression or anxiety experience a significant decrease in symptoms. As an adjunctive to therapy, ketamine serves as a catalyst for personal development by bolstering neuroplasticity while offering anti-anxiety and antidepressant properties. By helping form different neural pathways, ketamine offers fresh perspectives to old patterns, often likened to a mental cleanse.
WHAT REASONS WOULD RULE ME OUT FOR THERAPEUTIC KETAMINE?
There is a short list of conditions and life circumstances that would prevent someone from being a good candidate for this group. Our medical team will verify your eligibility during the medical intake before your admission to the group is confirmed with a down payment. In case you’re still curious, the following reasons are considered contraindications for ketamine use: active suicidal ideation, current ketamine abuse, uncontrolled hypertension, current life-threatening eating disorders, pregnancy, active states of mania or psychosis.
WHAT TYPE OF KETAMINE?
Your medical provider from Journey Clinical will prescribe legal and safe ketamine doses for the in-person group medicine sessions. Ketamine in this form is self administered using a lozenge sublingually (under the tongue). We’ll follow their recommendations for the medicine journeys; sublingual ketamine is an effective treatment protocol for various conditions.
CAN I JUST ATTEND THE DOSING SESSIONS & SKIP THE VIRTUAL GROUPS?
No. We have intentionally chosen a therapeutic ketamine protocol to structure the schedule for this group. All components of the group process are considered prerequisites to enroll in the group. Ketamine works best therapeutically with preparation and integration therapy to fully absorb the benefits from the medicine in combination with therapy.
